These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller, setting out the rights and obligations of both parties, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the delivery and return procedure, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the sale and purchase of goods.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Terms.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the selected goods. If the Buyer fails to make payment, the contract of sale is not considered concluded.

Personal Data Protection

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data they provide may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees to receive essential notifications at the email address provided, necessary for completing the order.

The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where required by UK law or with the Buyer’s written consent.

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

The Buyer agrees to pay the agreed price for the ordered goods and to accept the goods upon delivery.

The Buyer must provide complete, accurate and correct information (full name, email address, contact details, delivery address, phone number). If incorrect, misleading or false information is provided, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

If the Buyer’s details change, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and with applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

Seller’s Rights and Obligations

The Seller undertakes to ensure proper access to the services provided.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer’s ordered goods to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and not to share personal information with third parties.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend website operations without prior notice.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally.

Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Terms

Orders may be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Orders are accepted via www.drselect.co.uk.

All prices listed on the website are in  pound sterlings (£), inclusive of VAT.

Available payment methods:

• Online banking

• Debit/credit card

• Bank transfer

Payment must be made within 2 calendar days. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.

Orders are prepared only once payment has been received.

Delivery of Goods

The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

The Buyer must receive the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to receive the goods but they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer may not raise claims regarding delivery to an unintended recipient.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

Delivery within Lithuania takes 1–3 working days (estimated). Delivery times outside United Kingdom may vary.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the Buyer or by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Delivery times do not apply when goods are temporarily out of stock. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer acknowledges that delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on new delivery terms if necessary.

The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the parcel arrives damaged, contains incorrect or missing items, or if the goods are incomplete. The Buyer must provide photos of the damaged parcel and/or goods by email.

If the parcel is returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Buyer or because the Buyer failed to collect it within the collection period, the Buyer must pay for reshipping and, where applicable, any return costs. If the Buyer refuses redelivery (i.e., requests a refund), delivery fees are non-refundable.

Product Quality and Warranty

All product information is provided in the product description on www.drselect.co.uk.

Images displayed may not always reflect the exact quantity included in the price. Product colours may vary depending on the Buyer’s device or monitor settings.

Marketing and Information

The Seller may run various promotions and special offers.

The Seller reserves the right to change or cancel promotions without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication.

The Buyer sends all inquiries using the contact details listed in the “Contact” section of the online store.

The Seller sends notifications to the email address provided in the order form.

The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive emails due to internet issues, email provider disruptions, emails landing in spam folders, or incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

Buyers’ personal data may be processed for marketing purposes.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom.

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with UK law.
